Job summary

CCA Global Partners is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Designer/Project Specialist for the KIBA Studios Division. You will design, price, and present projects using the 2020 Design software, support in onboarding and mentoring showroom designers, and coordinate with the national team.

The role emphasizes customer presentations, accurate documentation, and ongoing training to drive project success and close rates. Remote work from a US home office is supported.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Interior Design; Bachelor’s is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years’ professional kitchen and/or bath design and sales experience.
• 3+ years’ experience using 2020 design software and managing multiple design projects at once, while keeping accurate records.
• Experience with customer relationship management systems is preferred.
• Must be capable of maintaining updates to the 2020 software application and all vendor catalogs and pricing.
• Must also have excellent computer skills in 2020, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point and the ability to meet strict timelines while collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Design kitchen and bath projects for showroom and online customers using 2020 Design.
• Create layouts, specifications, and quotes based on customer needs.
• Prepare design presentations and materials for customer review.
• Work with showroom designers and coordinators to ensure successful presentations.
• Maintain detailed project information and communications in CRM systems.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to showroom designers.
