Interpreters handle calls with a focus on healthcare terminology and must adhere to the code of conduct while maintaining professional communication with the team. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of interpreting experience, excellent English proficiency, and strong note-taking and memory

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and target language.
• 1+ years interpreting experience (desirable).
• Strong communication, listening, memory retention.
• High emotional intelligence and tolerance of diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally per interpreter's code of conduct.
• Be aware of healthcare/medical vocabulary.
• Go into internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to your team leader.
