Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of interpretation experience.
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking to maintain accuracy.
• Ability to explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with clients.
• Quiet, secure environment required for work.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, following interpreter's code of conduct.
• Be familiar with industry terminology, especially healthcare terms.
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to your team leader.
