Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Elementary or Exceptional Education and Florida Teaching Certificate (K-6) are required.
• ESE endorsement is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 3+ years of blended and/or virtual teaching experience with diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standards-aligned instruction in core subjects using approved curriculum and digital platforms.
• Provide synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences to promote mastery and engagement.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs, including students with IEPs/504 plans.
• Monitor progress with assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with parents/guardians to support student learning and engagement.
