Stride, Inc. through its COPA partnership seeks a remote Elementary School Teacher for Colorado Preparatory Academy (COPA). The role delivers online K-5 instruction, monitors progress in a data-driven model, and collaborates with families and learning coaches to personalize learning paths.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, active teaching certification, and the ability to maintain a strong home office. Expect roughly 40 hours per week with occasional travel for events and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and an active state teaching license are required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers to interpret student data and drive instructional decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online instruction to K-5 students in a virtual setting.
• Maintain grade book and monitor student progress toward goals.
