Job summary

Stride, Inc. partners with Colorado Preparatory Academy (COPA) to deliver online Special Education instruction to high school students in a fully virtual setting.

This role requires a state-certified Special Education teacher with a bachelor’s degree and a commitment to personalized, data-driven instruction. The position is full-time, remote within Colorado, with a 40+ hour workweek and expectations of high engagement with students and families to ensure individualized education program goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active state teaching license required.
• Experience with IEPs, progress reports, and state documentation preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word; PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in an online environment aligned to IEP goals.
• Develop and maintain compliant IEPs, progress reports and required documentation.
• Collect data to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Provide engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences.
