The role emphasizes virtual delivery, alignment with standards, and opportunities for professional growth within a mission-driven online charter school serving Arizona students.

Qualifications

• Valid Standard Professional Arizona Teaching Certificate with endorsement(s) for the elective area (Preferred).
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
• Elementary-level teaching experience in virtual or in-person settings is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with students, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, standards-aligned elective instruction through virtual sessions and small groups.
• Monitor attendance, progress, integrity, and engagement; provide timely feedback.
• Differentiate instruction and design assessments to measure student growth in electives.
• Collaborate with coaches, counselors, administrators, and families to support学生 needs.
• Use online platforms and SIS tools to manage instruction and communication.
