Job summary

Primavera Online School in the United States is seeking a High School English Special Education Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, exempt role is fully remote, serving students across Arizona with support from the Exceptional Special Services team.

You will write and enforce IEPs and 504 plans, collaborate with general education instructors, and communicate regularly with students and families to ensure appropriate accommodations and progress.

Qualifications

• Requires Arizona Teacher Certification in Special Education with approved area of English Language Arts.
• Requires current valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience with secondary education in Special Education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with students and families weekly via phone, email, and video.
• Write and enforce IEPs and 504 plans.
• Collaborate with Exceptional Student Services and General Education instructors to provide appropriate supports.
• Participate in professional development and departmental meetings.
• Support testing and compliance across state and federal requirements.
