Job summary

ACCEL Schools is seeking a licensed School Psychologist for a virtual role serving K-12 students across our network, with about 80% remote work and 20% in-person duties in Columbus-area schools.

The position requires a Master’s or Ed.S and an Ohio School Psychologist license, strong evaluation skills, MTSS/RTI collaboration, and leadership in staff development. Starting salary is $80,000–$95,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ed.S degree in School Psychology.
• Licensed School Psychologist in Ohio (or eligible).
• Strong psychoeducational evaluation skills and MTSS/RTI experience.
• Proficient with online documentation and tele-assessment tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations for K–12 students.
• Perform Initial Evaluations and Re-evaluations; prepare reports.
• Present findings at ET R meetings and collaborate on eligibility decisions.
• Maintain case rosters; participate in MTSS/RTI initiatives.
• Plan and lead staff training; supervise a team of school psychologists.
• Work ~80% remotely and ~20% in person in Columbus schools.
