Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to join our national team of trainers and deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This is remote-friendly independent contractor work with complete ready-to-deliver materials and trainer certification, not a salaried position.

You bring classroom experience and credibility; we provide content, support, and a nationwide community of trainers behind you. Earn per training event with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
  • Enjoy presenting, training, or leading adult learners.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Flexible schedule around current position, family, or retirement; remote-friendly.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, research-based professional development that teachers rate highly for practical impact.
  • Help educators strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement using long-tested strategies.
  • Draw on real-world experience to support public, private, and charter schools nationwide.
  • Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for educators you serve.

Time To Teach is looking for experienced K-12 educators to join our national team of trainers and deliver the classroom management and student engagement training we have been refining since 1993. No curriculum to write. No business to build from scratch. No quotas. Just you, your experience, and a room full of teachers who want what you know.

Since 1993, Time To Teach has trained more than 400,000 educators in all 50 states, with content that traces its roots to the work of Dr. Madeline Hunter and Coach John Wooden at UCLA. Now we are growing our national team of trainers, and we are looking for current and retired teachers, instructional coaches, administrators, principals, professors, counselors, and education consultants who are ready to share what they know.

This is flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor work built for educators who love watching other teachers succeed. You bring the classroom experience and the credibility. We bring three decades of proven content, complete ready-to-deliver materials, trainer certification, and a supportive national community of trainers behind you. You will never start from scratch, and you will never work alone.

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver engaging, research-based professional development that gets rave reviews from teachers because it actually works on Monday morning
  • Help educators strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement using strategies refined over 30+ years
  • Draw on your real-world experience to support public, private, and charter schools and districts nationwide
  • Represent Time To Teach with what we call the three P's: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity, not a salaried position. Trainers are paid per event, and earnings vary based on individual effort, experience, availability, and engagement.
