Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, education or related field of study
• Five (5) years of educational experience
• One (1) year of supervisory experience
• Ability to clear required background check
• State License as a School Administrator

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate educational, administrative and counseling activities of students, personally or through supervisors
• Ensure conformance of educational programs to state/local standards and coordinate evaluation and development activities
• Manage Master and Lead Teachers and programs and articulate the school’s mission with stakeholders
• Develop and oversee implementation of the school’s Academic Improvement Plan
