Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to join our national team of trainers, delivering ready‑to‑use classroom management and student engagement trainings. This is a flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor opportunity with three decades of proven content and a supportive national community.

You bring classroom experience, credibility, and a passion for helping educators succeed. Trainers are paid per event and complete our certification before delivering the first session.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher or educator
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Experience delivering professional development to educators
• Ability to work independently with self-motivation
• Able to travel as needed or work remotely

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research‑based professional development to teachers; earn praise for practical, classroom-ready strategies.
• Help educators strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement using proven methods.
• Draw on real‑world classroom experience to support public, private, and charter schools and districts nationwide.
• Represent Time To Teach with professionalism and a passion for educator success.
