Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to join our national team of trainers and deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This is a flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role built for educators who love helping others succeed.

You bring classroom credibility and the drive to present, train, coach, or lead adult learners; we provide three decades of proven content, trainer certification, and ready-to-use materials to support you from day one.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Enjoy presenting, training, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Flexible work around your current position, family, or retirement (many trainers keep their full-time jobs).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development that earns rave reviews from teachers.
• Strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement using time-tested strategies.
• Support schools and districts nationwide using real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for educators.
