Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to join our national team of trainers who deliver engaging, ready-to-use professional development across the country. You will train teachers on classroom management and student engagement, drawing on decades of refinement to deliver practical, Friday-ready content.

As an independent contractor, you bring classroom credibility while we provide trainer certification and established materials.

Qualifications

• Must be a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable working independently as a contractor.
• Will deliver ready-to-use materials and trainer certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development to teachers.
• Help educators strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Draw on real-world experience to support public, private, and charter schools nationwide.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for educators you serve.
