Independent contractor role; flexible, remote-friendly work that honors your current position or retirement. Trainers are paid per event, with support from a national community of peers and ongoing certification.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Experience delivering professional development or training to educators.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development that earns strong reviews.
• Help educators strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Draw on real-world classroom experience to support schools nationwide.
