As an independent contractor, you will work remotely with full training and ready‑to‑use materials, staying connected to a national trainer community and a supportive network of peers.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, or education consultant.
• Enthusiastic presenter, trainer, or coach for adult learners.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research‑based professional development that earns rave reviews from teachers because it works.
• Help educators strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement using long‑standing strategies.
