Job summary

OpenEd is seeking an Assessment Lead to own end-to-end standardized assessment programs, including planning, coordination, and execution for virtual and in-person events. You will work with schools, proctors, and internal teams to ensure accurate data, scheduling, and compliance across OpenEd programs.

The role requires experience with K-12 assessments, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with K-12 state assessment programs and testing regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with data, reporting, and system-based processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on assessments and testing requirements for OpenEd programs.
• Coordinate end-to-end assessment delivery, including scheduling and rostering.
• Identify technical needs for proctors, students, and families for testing events.
• Oversee proctoring assignments and manage live testing events to ensure compliance.
