Job summary

Fusion Growth Partners is seeking a Junior Workflow Automation Engineer for a remote, full-time role. You will design, build, and maintain automated business processes using Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and n8n, collaborating with the development team to translate business needs into automated solutions.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, with a foundation in JavaScript/HTML/CSS and some backend scripting (Node.js or Python).

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software development or automation experience
• Working knowledge of Zoho Creator and writing Deluge scripts
• Familiar with Zoho Flow and building basic to intermediate workflows
• Experience with QuickBooks Online API
• Experience with n8n and multi-step workflows
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and data manipulation
• Frontend skills in JavaScript/HTML/CSS; backend in Node.js or Python
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities under guidance
• Design and implement workflow architectures with senior developer supervision
• Build Zoho Creator apps and modules under mentorship
• Develop multi-step workflows using Zoho Flow and n8n to connect tools and systems
• Integrate third-party APIs and webhooks for data flow between systems
• Write Deluge scripts and clean, well-documented code
• Create technical documentation and process flowcharts for solutions
