YO AI Labs is seeking a Junior Transactional Attorney to support an AI-driven contract drafting project on a contract-focussed team. This remote contractor role involves evaluating AI-generated contract work and providing legal feedback to improve accuracy, risk assessment, and consistency across agreements.

You'll draft, review, and negotiate standard agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and ISDAs, while collaborating with product and research teams to ensure law-compliant outputs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of transactional legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Experience with MSAs, NDAs, and other commercial agreements.
• Strong contract drafting, review, and redlining skills.
• Excellent written communication and analytical abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of contractual risk.
• Interest in legal technology and AI applications.

Responsibilities
