YO AI Labs is seeking Junior Transactional Attorneys to support a legal AI project focused on contract drafting, review, redlining, and negotiation. You will evaluate AI-generated contract work and provide legal feedback to improve accuracy, consistency, and risk identification.

This remote contractor role offers collaboration with legal, product, and research teams to apply structured evaluation criteria and deliver clear, actionable feedback on MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, LPAs, and related documents.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of transactional legal experience.
• Experience with MSAs, NDAs, and other commercial agreements.
• Strong drafting, review, and redlining skills.
• Interest in legal tech and AI applications.
• LPAs, ISDAs, M&A knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and negotiation exercises.
• Review AI-generated responses to transactional legal scenarios.
• Evaluate contract language for accuracy, risk, and consistency.
