Job summary

CareTalk Health seeks a Junior Revenue Cycle Management Specialist to support the full insurance billing lifecycle in a remote U.S.-based role. The position involves billing submission, credentialing assistance, payer enrollment, AR follow-up, and denial management within a fast-paced virtual care environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in revenue cycle or related healthcare administration, strong insurance workflow knowledge, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in revenue cycle management or related healthcare admin role preferred.
• Strong understanding of the insurance workflow from claims through denial management.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with billing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support claim submission to ensure timely, accurate billing.
• Monitor claim status and follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
• Assist with provider credentialing and payer enrollment processes.
• Manage accounts receivable including aging follow-up and collections.
• Post payments, adjustments, and remittance information accurately.
• Communicate with payers and internal teams on claim issues and delays.
