Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates for junior and mid-level roles.
• Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate fit based on role requirements.
• Guide candidates through the hiring journey, ensuring timely communication.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate profiles and next steps.
• Source candidates to build strong pipelines.
• Maintain accurate records in our ATS and ensure job postings are clear.
