Job summary

Crossmedia Inc. is seeking a Jr Project Manager, Technology for a full-time temporary role to join our Technology team.

This position runs through December and is benefits eligible, offering remote work options and cross-functional exposure. You will support planning, coordination, documentation, and delivery tracking of enterprise technology initiatives across the agency, collaborating with program and product owners as well as development resources.

Qualifications

1–3 years of project coordination or related role experience.
Experience supporting technology, software, data, or enterprise projects preferred.
Basics of project management, delivery tracking, and documentation practices.
Familiarity with Agile delivery concepts and Jira-like tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technology projects, workstreams, and enterprise initiatives.
Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, decisions, and dependencies.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and capture decisions and actions with clear ownership.
Support risk management, testing, and post-launch follow-up.
Help create documentation, training materials, and adoption resources.
