Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Junior Media Buyer to launch approved ads quickly and manage budgets across Facebook, Google, AppLovin, TikTok and Snapchat. You will work remotely with the Head of Growth to grow from junior to senior roles while hitting spend and CPA targets.

The role requires 1–3 years of Meta media buying, strong attention to detail, and availability for a daily 2am EST budget reset, with a fast-paced, data-driven, remote team culture.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and strong written/verbal communication.
• High attention to naming/formatting in ads.
• Reliable in daily checks and budget resets.
• Willingness to learn and grow into higher roles (Buyer → Senior Buyer → Head of Paid/Growth).
• Able to work remotely with availability for a ~2am EST budget reset.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage ads across Facebook, Google, AppLovin, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Manage and scale budgets and CPA targets.
• Maintain and improve SOPs and documentation.
• Collaborate with Head of Growth to drive growth initiatives.
• Ensure ads are live within 24 hours of strategy handoff.
