Talent-360.me is seeking a Junior Media Buyer to manage paid media campaigns for ecommerce brands. You will develop, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns, monitor performance, and collaborate with teammates to align marketing efforts.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in paid media, hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Business Manager, and Shopify, plus strong analytical and communication skills. This remote role offers a performance-based bonus and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Previous experience with DTC or e-commerce brands.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and Shopify.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
