Job summary

KittySpout is hiring a Junior Media Buyer to join a fast-growing DTC brand and scale paid media across Facebook, Google, AppLovin, TikTok and Snapchat. You will work directly with the Head of Growth, learning quickly and applying feedback to hit CPA targets and spend goals.

The role is 100% remote, full-time, with the opportunity to progress from Junior to Head of Paid/Growth as you grow with the team. A strong emphasis on speed, accuracy and data-driven decisions defines our culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years Meta media buying experience, Facebook is your main specialty.
• Fluent in English and able to work across EST time.

Responsibilities

• Launch daily ads across multiple platforms following SOPs.
• Manage budgets and campaigns across Facebook, Google, AppLovin, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Daily optimization and log changes in Northbeam/Asana.
