Qualifications
- 1–3 years of civil litigation experience; employment law exposure preferred.
- Licensed California Bar in good standing.
- Excellent legal writing and deposition skills.
Responsibilities
- Cover CMCs, trial and status conferences
- Conduct and defend PMQ/PMK depositions
- Review case files and meet deadlines
- Assist with motion work and discovery requests
