Maximus is seeking a Junior IV&V Analyst to support independent assessments of technology programs, projects, and operational initiatives. You will work under senior consultants to review project documentation, analyze performance, identify risks, and contribute to client reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, PMO support, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Remote position with up to 25% travel based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams to ensure delivery to specifications, on time, and within budget.
• Maintain and organize work plan documents with management.
• Conduct meetings or interviews with stakeholders as required by assignments.
• Gather data, perform analysis, and prepare findings for reports.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to value-added reporting.
