Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Junior IV&V Analyst to support independent assessments of technology programs and projects, reporting to senior consultants. The role reviews project documentation, analyzes performance, identifies risks and issues, develops assessment findings, and contributes to client reporting.

This remote position allows up to 25% travel and requires a Bachelor's degree and 0–3 years of experience in related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 4 years in project coordination, PMO support, consulting, or related.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Review project documentation and assess performance against plans.
• Identify risks and issues and develop findings for reporting.
• Prepare assessment reports and client-facing materials.
• Support client meetings and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and Maximus policies.
• Contribute to IV&V methods and templates.
