Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a Junior Graphics Designer to join our marketing team on a full-time contract basis in Charlotte, NC. You will create digital graphics, assist with brand initiatives, and deliver high-quality materials that align with brand guidelines.

You'll collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to develop concepts, prepare files for print and digital use, and support multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines. Remote or hybrid options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• 1–2 years of graphic design experience in a creative role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to receive feedback and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social content and other visual assets.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and visual compositions based on project requirements.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across digital and print materials.
• Assist with photo editing, typography, color selection and image manipulation.
• Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams and stakeholders on projects.
• Prepare and organize final design files for digital, print and marketing use.
• Support multiple design projects while managing deadlines and priorities.
• Research design trends and contribute creative ideas when appropriate.
