Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field required.
• 1–2 years of graphic design experience in a creative role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy understanding.
• Ability to take feedback and work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics and marketing materials for multiple channels.
• Develop design concepts and layouts based on project briefs.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across digital and print.
• Assist with photo editing, typography, color, and basic illustration.
• Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams on projects.
• Prepare final design files for digital, print and campaigns.
• Maintain organized design assets and libraries.
• Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows and templates.
• Assist with graphics for websites, emails, presentations, ads and social media.
