Gegidze Agency is seeking a Junior Finance & Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position working with 300+ clients across 20+ countries, handling invoicing, payroll support and monthly bookkeeping tasks.

The ideal candidate is a final-year student or recent graduate with a Finance background, strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset, ready to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to accounting activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, accounting, operations or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and reliable approach to work.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• English language upper intermediate (B2) is a must.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review and archive incoming supplier invoices for bookkeeping purposes.
• Prepare and monitor outgoing invoices on time.
• Track payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Maintain records of invoices and payment status.
• Prepare monthly payslips and coordinate payroll details.
• Assist with monthly bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
• Maintain fixed asset register.
• Support finance team with admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as required.
