Buckland Customs Brokers Ltd. is seeking a Junior Customs Account Analyst to assist with receiving, reviewing, and entering customs documents. You will process shipments according to SOPs and collaborate with senior team members as needed.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent client service, preparing documentation, handling inquiries, and coordinating with clients and brokers to obtain required information. This role supports the Team Leader in a fast-paced customs environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role.
• Preferred experience with customs brokerage software.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of the LVS program (CND Only).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Customs/Logistics industry related experience preferable.

Aufgaben

• Provide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers.
• Prepare customs and internal documents accurately with guidance when necessary.
• Handle client queries in a prompt, efficient and professional manner.
• Contact clients or other brokers to request additional documents or information if needed.
• Respond to calls and questions from internal and external sources.
• Trace shipments and set up pre-arrivals at Customs.
• Proper escalation and reporting of any issues or delays to Team Leader.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
