Job summary

Murj is seeking a resourceful Junior Graphic Designer to strengthen our brand across the organization. You will help build reusable templates and asset systems while supporting presentations, marketing collateral, social graphics, video, and print materials.

You’ll work with the Head of Graphic Design and Director of Marketing in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. A strong portfolio and Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graphic design experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Ability to build reusable templates and systems for assets.
• Experience with shared asset libraries and version control.
• Comfort with presenting work and accepting feedback from stakeholders.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint or Google Slides for presentations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Murj’s brand asset library and templates.
• Steward brand guidelines and translate them into usable tools.
• Create high-quality marketing materials and presentations.
• Develop social graphics and video assets with reusable systems.
• Edit and prepare video content for marketing and internal use.
• Prepare print-ready materials and ensure production readiness.
• Explore AI-enabled creative tools to improve workflows.
• Support website work and cross-functional projects across teams.
