Job summary

Murj is seeking a resourceful and highly organized Junior Graphic Designer to strengthen how our brand is created, maintained, and used across the organization. You will help build a reusable system of assets, templates, and resources for teams to work efficiently while keeping Murj’s visual identity consistent.

Working closely with the Head of Graphic Design and Director of Marketing, you will support a wide range of creative needs including presentations, marketing collateral, social graphics,

Qualifications

• Graphic design experience evidenced by a strong portfolio or related work.
• Ability to maintain typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across projects.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience creating and refining presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Experience with shared asset libraries or digital asset management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Murj’s brand asset library and templates.
• Steward brand guidelines and translate standards into usable templates.
• Create high-quality marketing materials and collateral.
• Support social and digital content with on-brand visuals.
• Edit and create video content for marketing and internal use.
• Prepare print-ready materials with production requirements.
• Explore AI-enabled creative tools to improve workflows.
• Support website and cross-functional design projects.
