Job summary

Murj is seeking a resourceful Junior Graphic Designer to strengthen brand creation, maintenance, and usage across the organization. You will help build a reusable system of brand assets, templates, and resources to enable teams to work efficiently while maintaining Murj’s brand consistency.

Working with the Head of Graphic Design and Director of Marketing, you will support a wide range of needs including presentations, marketing collateral, social graphics, video, and print materials, primarily

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and attention to detail across digital and print work.
• Experience building reusable brand assets, templates, and asset libraries.
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into practical templates and tools for cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and taking initiative to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and manageMurj’s Brand Asset Library: organize, maintain, and improve a shared library of graphics, templates, presentations, and video elements.
• Steward Brand Guidelines and Templates: maintain brand guide and translate standards into templates/tools for teams.
• Create high-quality marketing materials: design and refine presentations, collateral, graphics for campaigns.
• Support social and digital content: produce on-brand graphics for social media and campaigns with reusable assets.
• Edit and create video content: help clean up, assemble, and prepare video content for marketing and internal use.
• Prepare and refine print materials: produce print-ready materials meeting production requirements.
• Explore smarter creative workflows: evaluate and adopt AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Support website and special projects: provide design support for website work and cross-functional initiatives.
