Job summary

iFIT is seeking a Junior AI Engineer to work remotely in the United States, building AI-powered tools and automations for the Commercial team. You will identify repetitive work, learn new technologies quickly, and translate operational challenges into practical technical solutions while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Operations.

Ideal candidates have Python/JavaScript experience, familiarity with LLMs, APIs, and workflow automation, and a solid understanding of the sales process from

Qualifications

• You love learning new software and can become productive in unfamiliar systems quickly.
• You have built automations, AI tools, scripts, or applications that solved real business problems.
• You are comfortable writing code in Python, JavaScript, or another modern language.
• You have experimented with LLMs, AI agents, or workflow automation tools.
• You understand the sales process, including lead management, lead-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline stages, and the activities that move opportunities toward a closed sale.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows that improve how Commercial teams operate.
• Identify repetitive work and implement technology solutions that save time and increase productivity.
• Learn and support business systems across Commercial, quickly becoming proficient in new technologies as business needs evolve.
• Partner with business leaders across each function to understand operational challenges and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Partner with Sales to improve workflows across the sales cycle — from lead capture, qualification, and conversion to opportunity management, quoting, and closing — using AI and automation to strengthen follow-up and pipeline visibility.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize business applications including CRM platforms such as Salesforce and other commercial technologies.
• Build dashboards, reporting, and lightweight applications that help teams make better decisions.
• Support integrations between business systems using APIs, automation platforms, and low-code tools.
• Document solutions, maintain technical documentation, and ensure new tools are easy to support and scale.
• Stay current on rapidly evolving AI capabilities and bring practical ideas back to the business.
