Job summary

iFIT is hiring a Junior AI Engineer to design, implement, and scale AI-powered tools and automations for the Commercial organization. The role emphasizes learning, adaptability, and delivering practical solutions across systems including Salesforce and APIs.

You will work with Sales, Product, and Operations to turn ideas into tools that boost efficiency and decision making, while staying current with evolving AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript and experience writing code for automation.
• Experience building AI-powered automations or tools.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or workflow automation.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teammates.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows to improve Commercial teams.
• Identify repetitive work and implement tech solutions that save time and boost productivity.
• Learn and support business systems across Commercial, quickly becoming proficient in new technologies.
• Partner with business leaders to translate operational challenges into technical solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce and other commercial apps.
• Build dashboards and lightweight applications for better decision making.
