You will craft visually compelling campaigns for Meta and occasional YouTube, collaborating with senior designers, strategists, and copywriters to deliver on-brand work.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer.
• A portfolio showcasing ad design or motion/graphic projects.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects and Photoshop).
• Proficiency in Figma is a plus.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a creative team.
• Prior agency experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling ad designs for various clients and industries under guidance.
• Collaborate with strategists to translate client objectives into design concepts.
