Job summary

Anchour Creative, LLC is seeking a Marketing Designer to join our Maine-based agency. You will design high-quality digital assets for clients, including static and animated Meta ads, emails, and landing pages, collaborating closely with strategy, content, and digital teams.

You’ll own concepts from ideation to execution, bringing bold ideas to life with tools like Figma, CapCut, Canva, and After Effects, while ensuring brand guidelines and performance goals are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in design focused on Meta ads, email marketing, or performance-driven campaigns.
• Strong email design experience and responsive layouts.
• Proficiency in Figma, templates, prototypes and layouts for ads and emails.
• Experience with CapCut to create light animations for Meta ads.
• Solid skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects as supporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Create Scroll-Stopping Ads: Design high-performing static and animated Meta ads to drive conversions using Figma, CapCut, Canva, and After Effects.
• Ideate & Conceptualize: Collaborate with strategists and marketers to brainstorm bold creative ideas for ads and campaigns.
• Craft Engaging Emails: Design visually compelling email templates and campaigns following best practices for performance.
• Support Multi-Channel Campaigns: Design assets for Google Display and landing pages ensuring brand consistency.
• Keep Creative Fresh: Refresh and optimize top-performing creatives based on campaign data.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with strategists, copywriters, and marketers to align creative direction.
• Bring Motion to Life: Add animation and motion to assets using CapCut, Figma, Canva, and After Effects.
• Experiment & Innovate: Test new visual styles and approaches to find what resonates.
• Present & Refine Designs: Share work with clients, articulate thinking, incorporate feedback.
• Manage Your Workflow: Stay organized to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with design and platform trends.
