Responsibilities

• Record and process daily financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare, review, and process invoices, expenses, payments, and receipts.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
• Review transactions for accuracy and proper classification.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets as required.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and balances.
• Investigate discrepancies in records and transactions.
• Assist with journal entries and GL maintenance.
• Support preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with audits by gathering documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support process improvements and other accounting projects.
