You will assist with transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and general accounting activities, collaborating with teams to ensure proper classification and timely processing.

The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of accounting principles, strong numerical skills, and proficiency with spreadsheets or ERP systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record and process daily financial transactions accurately.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare, review, and process invoices, expenses, payments, and receipts.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Review financial transactions for accuracy and proper classification.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare financial reports, account summaries, and spreadsheets.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, payments, and account balances.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in financial records and transactions.
• Assist with journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
• Support preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with audits by gathering and organizing financial documentation.
• Ensure accounting activities follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling financial information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting issues.
