Qualifications

• Degree or coursework in accounting/finance or related field.
• Experience with transactions, reconciliations, invoices, and records.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Record and process daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and process invoices, expenses, payments, and receipts.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets as required.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and balances.
• Research discrepancies and assist with journals.
