Job summary

Constellation West is seeking a J-37 Regional JTRS SME-Central for remote work in the US. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of experience, with Active Secret preferred.

Travel, joint training, and preparedness reporting are core responsibilities in a dynamic DoD environment. The incumbent will support USSTRATCOM/J7 initiatives, focusing on joint training, operational planning, and readiness metrics while coordinating across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–10 years of related experience.
• Active Secret clearance preferred (not required).
• Experience with Joint Training/Joint Staff functions is desired.

Responsibilities

• Support Joint Exercise, Training, Assessment and related services for USSTRATCOM/J7.
• Contribute to operational planning and readiness reporting.
• Coordinate travel and field support as needed.
