Job summary

Constellation West is seeking a Lead JTRS SME for remote US work supporting joint training systems and national guard initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience, with active Secret preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate will have experience with JTS/JTT, DRRS/JLLIS, and senior leader workshops. Responsibilities include leading training planning, assessments, and coordination with National Guard, Joint Staff, and Combatant Commands, while supporting
