Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Database Development, Node.js, Python 3.x, REST API, and GraphQL.
• Stellar communication skills and ability to translate business objectives into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Model relational/NoSQL schemas, write performant queries, and build migration pipelines.
• Ship micro-services, server-less functions, React/Next.js UIs, and well-documented REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Author unit/integration/E2E tests, define test plans, and automate regression suites.

Our RevOps Technology team supports our Partners and our Strategists by using technology to achieve its business goals – they tackle technical RevOps problems and custom, one-off challenges, creating custom solutions to help engineer the revenue outcomes our Partners need to thrive.

We are actively seeking a Jr.RevOps Engineer to join our RevOps Tech Team!

If you’re a Full Stack Engineer that can design data models & ETL pipelines, build end-to-end features in Node/Python and modern front-end stacks who’s excited to weapon test everything you create through a rigorous QA process – we would love to hear from you!!

What You’ll Do - Some high impact opportunities you'll tackle include:

• Technical Discovery & Partner Enablement: Join discovery calls, translate business quirks into technical specs, and demo proofs‑of‑concept.
• Database Architecture & ETL: Model relational/NoSQL schemas, write performant queries, and build migration pipelines
• Product and Full-Stack Development: Ship micro‑services, server-less functions, React/Next.js UIs, and well‑documented REST/GraphQL APIs
• Quality Assurance & Automation: Author unit/integration/E2E tests, define test plans, and automate regression suites.

Who You Are - This opportunity is for you if you have/can:

• Required Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience in the following:
    
  • MS Excel / Google Sheets
    
  • Database Development
    
  • Node.js and/or Python 3.x
    
  • REST API, GraphQL, Webhooks
    
  • Automation/Scripting Experience
    
  • Understanding of HTML and React
  • Serverless via AWS or GCP

• Communication: Stellar communicator both internally and to our Partners. You have the ability to understand business/RevOps objectives, translate those into technical requirements and communicate those to any stakeholders.
• Technical: You have a deep understanding of RevOps, Hubspot and GTM Motions AND the ability to translate technical offerings into business value
• Scope, Document, Build: You can scope, plan, build, and test your projects, while also creating documentation and best practices.
