Job description

Roamless is a global digital connectivity service that uses a single, reusable eSIM to provide international mobile data, calls, and SMS across more than 200 destinations

Working at Roamless offers a fully remote, global work environment with perks designed for flexibility and professional growth.

Individuals interested in the Job at Roamlessshould review the details, requirements, and application process provided below.

Roamless has a product that 2M travelers use across 200+ countries. We've built it fast. Now we're entering our optimization phase, and we don't have a product analytics practice yet. No experimentation framework, no analytics playbook, and no established processes.

You’ll be the first dedicated product analytics hire at Roamless. That means you decide how we run experiments, choose the tools we use, make data accessible to the product team, and establish the frameworks that drive every product decision going forward. This is not a role where you inherit someone else’s dashboards and maintain them. You’ll set up how we measure success, how we design experiments, and how the team learns from data.

You’ll work closely with Elisa (Head of Product), and the wider product, design, and engineering teams. Your work will directly shape everything from onboarding to pricing across our app, website, and partner portal.

What you will do:
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers as a strategic partner throughout the product development lifecycle, using data to shape decisions from ideation to execution
  • Design and run A/B tests end-to-end: define hypotheses, calculate sample sizes, monitor experiments, analyze results, and make clear recommendations to the product team
  • Build the experimentation framework from scratch: establish best practices for how we design, run, and learn from experiments across the app, website, and partner portal
  • Analyze user behavior and product metrics to identify optimization opportunities in our PLG metrics: activation, monetization, retention
  • Define and track key product metrics, ensuring the team understands what success looks like and how we measure it
  • Translate data insights into actionable product recommendations that directly improve the customer experience
  • Build our data culture: teach the product team how to think about experiments, interpret results, and make data-informed decisions
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must-haves:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role at a tech company, working alongside product, design, and engineering teams
  • Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests at scale (sample sizing, statistical significance, common pitfalls) and translating results into clear product recommendations
  • Experience setting up experimentation frameworks and analytics best practices, ideally from scratch or at an early-stage company
  • Proficient in SQL: you can write complex queries independently to extract and analyze large datasets
  • Experience creating dashboards with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
  • Strong communicator: you translate data into product recommendations that non-analysts can understand and act on
  • Proactive and resourceful: you thrive where things aren’t fully defined, and you make them clearer
  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience. You are comfortable with ambiguity, happy to wear many hats
Nice-to-haves:
  • Python or R for statistical analysis
  • Experience with MongoDB, BigQuery, Snowflake, or Google Analytics
  • Experience in travel, marketplace, or subscription business models
  • Worked across mobile and web applications
What we offer
  • Stock options. All employees are eligible for stock options subject to tenure and performance.
  • Hardware you need to be most productive
  • Home office budget. $500 on equipment for home office setup (eg. a keyboard, a screen, etc). This is a one-off budget that doesn’t renew every year, but doesn’t expire.
  • Learning and development budget. Up to $1000 annually to be spent on books, online courses, conferences, etc.
  • Fully remote. The trust and flexibility that come with a fully-remote setup. Fully remote. We’re looking for someone based in Europe, or working in a Europe-friendly time zone (CET ±2 hours).
  • $200 non-expiry yearly Flex credit for data, hotspot, and calls.

  • Full-time local contract via EOR
  • Supportive, diverse, inclusive team

Note on compensation: Our salary range varies based on your location and experience level. We’re a fully remote team, so we factor in local market context, not a one-size-fits-all number.

Own Roamless’s web products end-to-end (B2C and B2B), working with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ship products that users love, and that drive real results. You’ll drive our website experience and lead a brand-new web product we’re building from scratch.

  • Own the roadmap, discovery, delivery, and adoption for our web products (B2B/B2C)
  • Talk directly with customers and run user interviews to uncover problems and opportunities
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data to translate customer problems into clear solutions, working in Scrum to deliver iteratively

  • Contribute to how we do product at Roamless, helping shape our ways of working and product culture

  • Advanced AI fluency, ideally hands-on experience with Claude Code
  • Telco, travel, or marketplace experience
  • Passion for travel

  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience
