Codincity Digital Technologies is seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead (Individual Contributor) for a fully remote, work-from-home role with 10+ years of hands-on development experience. The role emphasizes architecture, coding, and mentoring without direct people management.

Ideal candidates have strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot 3+, Microservices, and Cloud-native development, with working knowledge of Angular for frontend integration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience in Java technologies.
• Strong expertise in Java 17 or higher.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot 3.x or higher.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture and REST API development.
• Experience with Spring Framework modules such as Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, Spring Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design Principles and Design Patterns.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of frontend technologies, particularly Angular.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3+.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Perform code reviews and establish coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Participate in CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices.
• Work closely with frontend teams and support Angular-based integrations.
• Mentor developers on technical challenges and architectural decisions.
