Job summary

Compucom Staffing is seeking an experienced Application Developer for a remote role. You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and React, with RESTful APIs and microservices.

You will deploy on Tomcat, work with Docker and CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate across product, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java development experience.
• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate.
• Frontend: React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Database: Oracle, PL/SQL.
• REST APIs, Web Services integration.
• DevOps: Docker, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Scripting: Shell, Python for automation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and scalable arch.
• Kubernetes and container orchestration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise apps with Java/Spring/Hibernate.
• Build and expose RESTful APIs and microservices for integrations.
• Deploy on Tomcat; leverage Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, QA and DevOps teams.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and support.
