Job summary

Compucom Staffing is seeking an experienced Application Developer for a remote role. You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and React, with RESTful APIs and microservices.

You will deploy on Tomcat, work with Docker and CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate across product, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java development experience.
• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate.
• Frontend: React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Database: Oracle, PL/SQL.
• REST APIs, Web Services integration.
• DevOps: Docker, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Scripting: Shell, Python for automation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and scalable arch.
• Kubernetes and container orchestration experience.

Responsibilities

Duties And Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and React.
• Develop and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable system integrations.
• Deploy applications on Apache Tomcat and cloud platforms.
• Build containerized applications using Docker and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, and database queries in Oracle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps.
• Write scripting solutions for building, deploying, and operational support.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
